3.3 Availability: We make every effort to maintain a sufficient inventory of our products. However, product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that you order.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy our product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and handling) to that payment method.
4.3 Payment Processing: The payment details you provide will be encrypted to ensure your security. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
4.4 Taxes: We do not charge any sales tax on orders. We comply with all applicable tax laws in New Mexico, where we are registered.
4.5 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is the acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods: We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States.
5.2 Delivery Times: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days once shipped. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5.3 International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
5.4 Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.
5.5 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return period for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not charge any return shipping fees, and there are no restocking fees.
6.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please email support@unicoshopping.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
6.3 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6.4 Refund Exceptions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
6.5 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@unicoshopping.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return or replacement at our expense.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by UnicoShopping LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. 7.3 Trademarks: The UnicoShopping name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of UnicoShopping LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8.1 User Reviews: By posting reviews, comments, or other content on our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
8.2 Representation and Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and all of our respective licensees, successors, and assigns.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
