At UnicoShopping LLC, we offer a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Please note that we do not sell customized items, and all our products are always ready to ship.
1. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, log into your UnicoShopping LLC account. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label. If you can’t access your account, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. What items are non-returnable?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal items or anything that shows signs of use. If you’ve used an item, unfortunately, it cannot be returned. We aim to provide all our customers with brand-new, unused products.
3. How should I package my return?
Please use the original packaging if possible. If it’s unavailable, please pack the item securely in a sturdy box with enough padding. Make sure to include all original accessories, manuals, and parts. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
4. How do I return a large item?
For large items like furniture, electronics, or appliances, we will arrange a free return pickup for you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.
5. Will I be charged for return shipping?
UnicoShopping LLC covers all return shipping costs for items that are not damaged or misused. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., sending the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping fees.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. What if my item is damaged or defective?
- Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Support Portal, and we will arrange a return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Defective Items: Contact our customer service team within the 30-day return window. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send you a replacement or process a full refund as per your preference.
8. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received your refund within 2 weeks of our confirmation email, check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company. Refunds can take some time to reflect in your account. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service team.
9. What happens if the item was a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. The gift giver will not be notified of the return.
10. Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
- Bulk Orders: For orders of 5 or more of the same item, please contact our Bulk Order Department for specific return instructions.
- Promotional Items: Items received as part of a promotion or bundle may have different return conditions. Please refer to the terms of the promotion or contact our customer service team.
